Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton man Ryan.
The 25-year-old was last seen leaving a property on Shebler Place on his scooter about 9am on Wednesday, 15 May.
Police and family have concerns for Ryan due to his disappearance being out of character and his medical conditions.
Ryan has Type 1 Diabetes and requires insulin. It is understood he left without his medication.
Police have released an image and video footage of Ryan in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as about 179cm tall, of medium build with black hair and a short length beard.
Ryan was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and black runners. He was on a black scooter and was carrying a black sports bag.
