CCTV Released After Home Invasion - Glenfield

Investigators have released further CCTV vision of two vehicles as they continue to investigate a home invasion in Sydney's south-west earlier this year.

About 10.30pm on Friday, 12 January 2024, emergency services responded to reports of a home invasion on Gazelle Street, Glenfield.

Officers from Campbelltown Police Area Command attended and were told that five males forced entry into the home and reportedly assaulted a 44-year-old man inside the home with a firearm.

A 60-year-old man – who went to investigate the incident - was also reportedly struck with a firearm.

Both occupants were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition. They have since been released.

The men left the location in two separate vehicles.

As inquiries continue, detectives have released a further CCTV of two vehicles - a silver Nissan X-Trail and a white Toyota Corolla - seen in the Glenfield area before the home invasion.

Police believe the occupants of those vehicles may be able to assist with inquiries.
