The successful tenderer for Mornington Peninsula Shire's Cleaning Contract has been appointed.
This Cleaning Contract forms part of Council's reshaped maintenance services delivery model, for the effective and efficient management of more than $2.3 billion worth of community assets.
From July 2024, Happsa Group Pty Ltd will provide cleaning services for over 100 community facilities, including halls and maternal and child health centres.
They will also take on litter collection in high profile precincts and look after the cleaning of public toilets, foreshore amenity blocks and public BBQs.
Happsa will provide the services for up to seven years.
