The Griffith Business Survey 2023 highlighted a strong demand for business planning training among local businesses.
With this in mind, Griffith City Council invites all local businesses to participate in a free Business Planning & Strategic Thinking Workshop. Hosted by facilitator Rebecca Crombie, the workshop aims to equip attendees with essential skills to develop comprehensive business plans and foster strategic thinking.
The free workshop will be held on Thursday, 13 June, 5.30-8pm at The Gem Hotel Function Centre, 207 Banna Avenue, Griffith.
Attendees will delve into key topics including:
- Crafting comprehensive business plans encompassing solutions, unique value proposition, competitive advantage, target market, goals, and pricing strategy.
- Strategic thinking methodologies, utilizing practical tools and templates.
- Setting achievable action items and timelines.
- Budget preparation to support the business plan
