A man and woman have been charged with drug supply, after police raided a home in Penshurst earlier today, seizing cannabis, hydroponics equipment, and cash, NSW Police say.
About 11.30am today, following investigations into the supply of drugs in the area, investigators from the St George Proactive Crime Team executed a search warrant at a home Cambridge Street, Penshurst.
During the search warrant, police allegedly located an amount of cannabis, hydroponics equipment, and cash.
The items were seized and will undergo forensic examinations.
A 28-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were arrested at the home and taken to St George Police Station.
They were each charged with supply prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug, and deal with proceeds of crime.
Both were granted conditional bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Thursday 26 May 2016.
