A man will face court charged by officers investigating a public order incident at Wakeley earlier this week.
Strike Force Dribs was set up to investigate the violent incidents outside a Wakeley church on Monday 15 April 2024, following the alleged attack of a 53-year-old religious leader.
About 8.15am today (Friday 26 April 2024), a 19-year-old man attended Fairfield Police Station where he was placed under arrest.
He was charged with riot, and two counts of destroy/damage property during public disorder.
He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today (Friday 26 April 2024).
Investigations are continuing under Strike Force Dribs.
