Police are investigating after a car crashed into a traffic light and another car in Ermington.
About 11.30pm today, a Renault Clio sedan being driven by a 35-year-old woman was travelling west on Victoria Road, when at the intersection with Spurway Street it left the road, NSW Police say.
The car collided with a traffic light and a traffic control box before travelling through a grassed area and colliding with the rear of a Ford Falcon which was parked in a shopping centre car park.
There were no occupants of the Falcon.
The driver of the Clio was taken to Westmead Hospital for minor injuries. A blood sample was obtained from the woman at hospital.
Police from Rosehill Local Area Command attended the scene and have spoken to witnesses. Inquiries continue, no charges have yet been laid.
