The Cook Labor Government has today released 12 new residential lots at DevelopmentWA's Highland Range estate in Jane Brook.
Located at the base of the Darling Scarp and below John Forrest National Park, Highland Range is just a 35-minute drive from Perth's central business district.
The Stage 3A lots are close to a large, landscaped park featuring a playground with seating, shelters, half-court basketball and netball area and scooter and bike circuits.
The new Midland METRONET train station will be just 8km drive away, with schools, shops and all the food and wine offerings of the Swan Valley nearby. The new lots range from 450m to 600m and include an $8,000 fencing and landscaping rebate.
