2023/24 Youth Development Grants Awarded

Council has recently awarded six applications for funding totalling $1,500 under the 2023/24 Council Community Grants Program.

The 'Youth Development' Grant Category is offered at a set amount of $250 per applicant and is available to support high achievement in a cultural, academic, or sporting activity that requires attendance at a State, National or International level event.

Vula Wate$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWCCC State Selection Trials for rugby league.
Kian Henman$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWCHS Swimming & Diving State Championships. He will be representing 15-yr boys in the 4 x 50m freestyle relay.
Cadell Thompson$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWPSSA Swimming State Championships. He will be representing Riverina boys junior relay 4 x 50m.
Callum Dunn$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the Southern States Rugby Championships.
Josh Madden$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the Southern States Rugby Championships.
Deegan Tiffin$250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWPSSA Boys Open Rugby League State Championships.
