Bayside Council announced the winner of its successful Summer Foreshore Program at a presentation evening on Thursday 18 April at the Novotel Hotel Brighton Le Sands.
Congratulations to local resident Judd Jones who won a one-night stay at the Novotel.
The Summer Foreshore program ran from October 2023 to April 2024.
The program focused on waste education safety and the environment, and included an opportunity for the community to go online and make a pledge to keep our beaches clean.
Those who went online were eligible to win a Bayside Experience package donated by Novotel Brighton Le Sands.
Mayor Saravinovski said:
"I would like to thank all entrants for their ongoing commitment to keeping our beaches and foreshore clean," Mayor Bill Saravinovski said.
"It is wonderful to see the community supporting our initiatives to keep the beach clean."
