The Tasmanian Government has delivered more than 1100 initiatives over the past 300 days, taking action on cost of living, backing in business and jobs, recruiting thousands of frontline workers, and keeping the economy strong.
Premier Jeremy Rockliff said the 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania's Future is all about taking action on the things that matter to Tasmanians.
"Since being re-elected for a historic fourth term, our Liberal Government has worked hard to deliver on what matters for Tasmanians like cost-of-living relief, improving health services, more housing options, and building stronger communities," Premier Rockliff said.
"We've helped 450 Tasmanians into their own home with as little as a 2 per cent deposit and supported more than 1700 first home buyers to purchase a home without paying a cent of stamp duty.
"More than 2000 new healthcare workers have been recruited, complementing our record investment in improving access to general practitioners, dentists, and mental health services.
"We have now delivered all but 10kms of the $605 million Midland Highway 10-Year Action Plan, and the Bridgewater Bridge project is an incredible example of our Government taking action now for Tasmania's future.
"Keeping our economy strong in the face of national economic headwinds has been a key focus of our Liberal Government, and we've locked in a pipeline of game-changing infrastructure to secure Tasmania's future, including securing Australian Government funding for Macquarie Wharf 6, the Great South-East Irrigation Scheme, the Northern Heart Centre and a GST exemption for the Macquarie Point Precinct."
Premier Rockliff said the Government had hit the ground running since the March election, delivering more than 1100 initiatives in its first 300 days, but we are only just getting started.
"Today I am releasing our fourth 100-day plan which outlines the next 132 actions that we will deliver" Premier Rockliff said.
"We will continue our strong agenda by progressing the Better Together reforms of government businesses and unlocking more housing by amending the Urban Growth Boundary.
"A development application for Stage 2 of the expanded emergency department at the Royal Hobart Hospital will be submitted, more paramedics will be recruited, and we will progress the new Northern Hospice.
"Our Liberal Government has hit the ground running in its first 300 days to make Tasmania the best place to live, work and raise a family, and we will continue to deliver on the things that matter most to Tasmanians over the next 100 days."
