$6.2M Boost for Chemtec Epoxy's New Plant

Minister for the Economy, Minister Responsible for the Fight Against Racism and Minister Responsible for the Laval Region Christopher Skeete and Member of Parliament for Vimy and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec (CED) Annie Koutrakis are announcing a total of over $6.2 million in funding to support the launch of a new plant for Chemtec Epoxy Coatings in Laval.

Through this support, the business specializing in the design and manufacture of epoxy resin floor coverings has been able to expand its facilities, acquire cutting-edge equipment and automate part of its production. The aim of this project, valued at $7.7 million, is to increase production and foster the growth and development of new products.
