The Family Law Service for Aboriginal Communities (FamAC) and the Civil Law Service for Aboriginal Communities (CLSAC) are returning to Dareton and Wentworth to deliver legal advice clinics for members of each community. Lily Cooper & Josh Scotland will be the solicitors attending.

Civil Law Service for Aboriginal Communities

  • Money worries (fines, bills and debts)
  • Paying for funeral insurance
  • Centrelink
  • Housing
  • Discrimination
  • Renting or buying household goods
  • Stolen Generations Reparations
  • Identification
  • Other everyday legal issues.

The clinics are drop-in, clients do not need to make an appointment (but can do so if they would prefer).
