- Expressions of interest now open to join the Energy Exchange Australia 2025 Aboriginal Business Pavilion
- The exhibition celebrates energy innovations, from oil and gas to renewables and clean energy
- Last year over 6,900 people attended the three-day event
The WA Government is encouraging eligible Aboriginal businesses to send in an expression of interest to join the Aboriginal Business Pavilion at the upcoming Energy Exchange Australia 2025 (EXA).
EXA, previously known as AOG Energy Exhibition and Conference, is being held 11-13 March at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The exhibition celebrates innovation in all aspects of energy, from oil and gas to renewables and clean energy solutions.
Next year will be the third time the WA Government will host the Aboriginal Business Pavilion, which last year saw 12 co-exhibitors take part, while expressions of interests doubled from 2023.
EXA is an important industry platform used for connecting, collaborating, and engaging in meaningful conversations about energy transition and future opportunities within the sector.
Last year saw over 6,900 people attend with 251 exhibitors representing 57 countries.
The Aboriginal Business Pavilion supports the WA Government's Implementation Plan on Closing the Gap (the Plan) and the Aboriginal Empowerment Strategy (the Strategy).
Both the Plan and the Strategy seek to expand economic opportunities for Aboriginal people by connecting Aboriginal businesses to markets.

As stated by Innovation and the Digital Economy Minister Stephen Dawson:
"Energy Exchange Australia 2025 promises to continue the fantastic work it carried out under its previous title and will offer the same benefits to all who attend.
"The WA Government's Aboriginal Business Pavilion allows businesses who are currently engaged, and those businesses with the ability to engage with the energy supply chain to be seen by both domestic and international companies.
"I encourage any eligible businesses to submit their expression of interest now, with demand high and spots limited this is an opportunity which can feature them on a global stage."
