The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the nation's largest business network, congratulates Justice Adam Hatcher SC on being officially welcomed as the new president of the Fair Work Commission.
"Justice Hatcher brings diligence and a wealth of experience to the role, which will be critical as the workplace relations system continues to undergo significant changes," ACCI chief executive Andrew McKellar said.
"Over the past decade, ACCI has always had deep respect for the contributions made by Justice Hatcher in his former position as vice president.
"Since His Honour's appointment as president, ACCI is already greatly appreciative of the extensive consultation undertaken by the Commission in the implementation of recent reforms.
"ACCI looks forward to continuing to work with the president to ensure that the Fair Work Commission continues to promote a cooperative and productive workplace relations system."
