Police have filed three additional charges against an 18-year-old following a fleeing driver incident and a crash in Rangiora on Sunday 17 September.
These charges include manslaughter and two counts of dangerous driving causing injury.
The 18-year-old man is due to reappear in the Christchurch District Court on Tuesday 17 October.
As this matter is before the court Police are unable to comment further.
