Advantis was selected following a competitive tender process, conducted under the "Open Procedure" in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the contract was signed on Thursday 8 August 2024.
The new contract goes live on Monday 3 February 2025. The incumbent supplier - Marston Holdings Ltd - will continue to deliver the current DCES contract until Sunday 2 February 2025.
All parties will work collaboratively to ensure there is a smooth transition of the DCES service between Marston Holdings Ltd and Advantis Credit Limited.
There are no immediate impacts on any existing clients/defendants.
