Albury Service NSW Centre Gets Makeover

NSW Gov

Albury locals will be able to complete NSW Government transactions and services in an improved Service NSW Centre with the facility undergoing a revamp to enhance the customer experience.

Albury Service NSW Centre will feature an upgraded layout, new seating and carpet, freshly painted interior, and updated self-service and check-in areas.

The centre will be temporarily closed for five days while work is completed. Those days are Friday 4 April, Saturday 5 April, Friday 11 April, Saturday 12 April, and Monday 14 April, with the work completed by Tuesday 15 April.

Service NSW encourages customers to plan ahead and complete transactions around these closures where possible, or complete transactions online or by calling 13 77 88.

Customers needing in-person assistance on the days the Albury Service NSW centre is closed can complete their transactions at the Federation Council's Corowa agency.

Almost 75,000 customers visited Albury's Service NSW centre last year, with customers providing the team with a 98 per cent satisfaction rating.

The service centre opened at 520 Smollett Street in March 2015.

Albury Service NSW Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm. For more information, visit the Service NSW website.
