Northern Territory Police are calling for information following the theft of 3 motor vehicles from an address at Ross in the early hours of this morning.
Police received a call about 12.35am that between 3 and 5 youths had entered the residence and stolen the keys to 3 vehicles.
The youths then left the location before returning a short time later and stealing a blue Ford Ranger, a Grey Nissan Qashqai and a Grey Toyota Camry.
The offenders have then left the location and driven towards the Alice Springs Central Business District where they have used the vehicles to target Police.
The offenders have thrown rocks at the police members and attempted to ram police vehicles.
Two of the vehicles were driven at a police member trying to deploy a tyre deflation device and the officer was forced to take cover behind his vehicle.
All three stolen vehicles were then driven out of the CBD and headed South of the Gap.
