This morning, I will travel with the Police Commissioner, Michael Murphy APM, to Alice Springs in response to the serious, heinous, and escalating violence in the town.
We will report the urgent next steps to the community, and media, later today.
I thank our police and first responders for their bravery and action in the face of unrelenting crime.
We stand with the people of Alice Springs.
