Allens has advised private equity firm Potentia Capital on the sale of market-leading EdTech solutions business Education Horizons Group to an international education business, following a competitive sale process.
The firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including pre-sale preparation.
'We are delighted to have supported Potentia Capital on this significant transaction. It demonstrates the strength of exit opportunities for sponsors in the education and technology sectors and the increasing global demand for innovative technology solutions,' said lead partner Noah Obradovic.
This transaction adds to Allens' strong track record of advising on private equity deals, including PEP's proposed acquisition of SG Fleet and Livingbridge's sale of Waste Services Group to Carlyle.
