State Highway Patrol officers have removed a speeding driver from the roads this evening.
Officers observed a Hyundai i30 travelling at an alleged speed of 181km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Katamatite-Yarrawonga Road about 5.50pm.
The recently licenced P plater also had two passengers onboard.
The 18-year-old Yarrawonga man has had his mother's car impounded at a cost of $1525 and will be summonsed to appear at court on traffic related matters.
