Amendments to The Hills Development Control Plan (DCP) 2012 relating to land at 30-32 Telfer Road, Castle Hill (2/2022/PLP)
At its Council Meeting of 18 April 2023, Council resolved to adopt an amendment to Map Sheet 28 of The Hills Development Control Plan (DCP) 2012 Part B Section 2 – Residential in association with a planning proposal at 30-32 Telfer Road, Castle Hill (2/2022/PLP).
The amendment removes the subject site from the mapped 30% site coverage requirement that currently applies to certain C4 Environmental Living zoned land.
The DCP amendment will come into force on 11 August 2023, which is when the associated planning proposal (2/2022/PLP) will be notified on the NSW Legislation Website.
