Each year we want to hear from you through our Annual Community Survey, which allows you to provide your feedback on the services we provide and how we can improve, guiding our decision making on future projects.
This year's Annual Community Survey will be running from 2 November - 30 November 2024, and during this time we will be calling residences at random to conduct the survey over the phone.
If you receive a call for this year's Annual Community Survey, we encourage you to take the opportunity to provide your feedback. Please be aware that you will never be asked to share any financial details over the phone as part of the Annual Community Survey process.
An online version of the Annual Community Survey will be available from Monday 4 November.
