Below is a list of ANZAC Day services being held in the Yarra Ranges by RSL sub-branches.
Please note that some events are invitation-only, and any events open to the public still require social-distancing from others.
Some events may require visitors to check in and provide details for contract tracing services, and events may change based on public health advice.
Contact your local RSL to check details ahead of ANZAC Day, in case of a change to COVID-19 restrictions.
Community members are encouraged to lay wreaths at their local cenotaph or memorial ahead of ANZAC Day, or stand in their driveway with a candle at 6am on the 25th to mark the occasion.
Friday, 23 April
Silvan
10.30am - Commemorative service at the Silvan War Memorial, corner of White Street and Silvan-Monbulk Road.
Sunday, 25 April
Dandenong Ranges RSL
6.30am - Dawn service. At the Memorial on the corner of Sherbrooke and Mt Dandenong Tourist Roads in Ferny Creek.
10.30am - Commemorative March and Service at the Sassafras Village Green, corner of Mountain Highway and Mt Dandenong Tourist Road, Sassafras.
Healesville
Services in Healesville are by invitation-only, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Kalorama
9am - Commemorative Service at the Peace Memorial in Ellis Reserve at the Five Ways intersection, Mt Dandenong Tourist Road in Kalorama.
Lilydale
5.45am - Dawn Service at the Lilydale Cenotaph. Please assemble by 5.30am for a 5.45am start. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing requirements, places are limited.
Millgrove
6am - Dawn service by the commemorative rock in the park, opposite the shops on Warburton Highway. Please assemble by 5.45am for the 6am service.
Monbulk
5.45am - Dawn service at the Monbulk RSL.
9.30am - Commemorative March, assembling at the top of Main Street, Monbulk.
10am - Commemorative Service at the Monbulk RSL.
Montrose
10am – Commemorative Service at the Montrose Memorial on Mt Dandenong Tourist Road, Montrose.
Mooroolbark
12pm – Commemorative Service in Hookey Park on Charles Street, Mooroolbark.
Mount Evelyn

Upper Yarra

Wandin
8.30am – Commemorative Service at the Wandin Cenotaph, corner of Hunter and Beenak Roads in Wandin Yallock.
Warburton
10.45am – Commemorative Parade and Service at the Warburton RSL. Please assemble by 10.30am for a parade to the cenotaph, which will be followed by a service.
Yarra Glen
10.30am – Commemorative Service at the Yarra Glen War Memorial's new location, at 18 Anzac Avenue. Numbers are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
