Appeal After Armed Robbery In Sydney Trains

Police are appealing for information to identify a man who may be able to help following an incident on a train in Sydney last month.

About 5pm on Saturday 13 July 2024., a man boarded a train at Burwood Railway Station, sat down on the bottom seating of the carriage, and intimidated a teenage girl.

The man is described as of Pacific Islander appearance, large build, dark complexion, mullet style hair cut with bleached tips, wearing a red coloured baseball cap with white writing on the front, dark blue zip up jacket with red logo at front left, green cargo pants, carrying a grey/black backpack, khaki leather work boots.

Officers attached to the Police Transport Command Proactive Crime Team Southwest Sector commenced an investigation.
