Appeal After Suspicious Fire - Ingleburn

Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious house fire in Ingleburn this morning.

About 2.40am (Sunday 30 June 2024), emergency services were called to a house on Harper Way, following reports of a fire.

Fire and Rescue NSW officers extinguished the blaze; however, the two-storey townhouse was extensively damaged.

No one was at the home at the time of the incident and police have received no reports of injury.

A crime scene was established, and officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Initial inquiries have led police to believe the fire was deliberately lit.
