Appeal For Assistance To Identify Man - SF Sweetenham

Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist officers as investigations continue into five alleged break and enters in Sydney's north west.

Officers attached to Strike Force Sweetenham are investigating alleged break and enters that occurred at:

• Heath Street, Ryde, on Tuesday 8 October 2024 at 2.55am

• Shirley Street, Carlingford, on Saturday 19 October 2024 at 10.30pm

• Willoughby Street, Epping, on Sunday 20 October 2024 at 12.20am

• Murrung Way, Castle Hill, on Sunday 20 October 2024 at 1.45am

• Purchase Road, Cherrybrook, on Sunday 20 October 2024 at 3am

It's alleged the homes were broken into when the occupants were present.

During the incidents cars were allegedly stolen from all of the homes, except from the Epping Street premises.

None of the occupants were disturbed or injured.

As inquiries continue, officers are appealing for information to identify a man they believe can assist with the investigation.

The man is described as aged in his 20s, medium build, dark complexion and has a tattoo on his left lower leg and was wearing a partial face covering a black hooded jumper, grey gloves, grey trackpants and grey shorts and dark and light-coloured sneaker.

Anyone who may be able to identify the man is urged to contact Gordon Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
