Police are seeking public assistance in relation to dangerous driving of a car on the Gore Highway, near Southbrook and Westbrook.
Anyone who was travelling between Goondiwindi and Toowoomba between 7am to 9am today, and who may have dash cam footage of the car are urged to contact police.
The man who was charged, was driving a red 2015 Ford Mustang with Western Australia registration plate, heading in a north east direction on the highway.
