Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man missing from Sydney's south-west since overnight.
Brian Gilligan, aged 87, was last seen at an aged care home on Judd Avenue, Hammondville, about 12.30am (Saturday 28 August 2021).
Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command were alerted a short time later and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Concerns are held for Brian's welfare as he suffers from dementia and health conditions which require medication.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, with a bald head and a long white beard
Brian was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, dark pants and is believed to be wearing no shoes.
