Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two men – believed to be overseas – who are wanted by Criminal Groups Squad detectives on outstanding warrants.
Daniel Toutounji – aged 33 – has an arrest warrant for organises or conducts or assists drug premises, knowingly or recklessly direct criminal group assist crime, supply prohibited drug more than large commercial quantity, and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime offences.
Tountouji is a member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) and detectives from the Criminal Groups Squad believe he has assumed a more high-ranking role in recent months.
Masood Zakaria – aged 27 – has an arrest warrant for conspire and agree to murder any person, two counts of knowingly direct activities of criminal group, participate criminal group contribute criminal activity, commercial drug supply, deal with proceeds of crime, and contravene serious crime prevention order.
Detectives believe the men have left NSW and may currently be in the Middle East or Eastern Europe.
The NSW Police Force, assisted by Australian Federal Police and international law enforcement counterparts, continue to conduct inquiries into the whereabouts of both men.
Daniel Toutounji is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 185cm tall, and has a muscular build, brown eyes and black hair.
Masood Zakaria is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, of a large build, with brown eyes, black hair and a beard.
