Applications open for Local Heritage Assistance Fund

Orange City Council encourages heritage property owners to apply for its Local Heritage Assistance Fund, supported by Heritage NSW.

The fund provides small grants to assist owners of heritage properties with projects to rejuvenate and restore aspects of heritage buildings around Orange.

Examples of eligible projects may include: the repair, conservation, or re-instatement of missing items on heritage buildings. This can include fences, verandas or decorative detail such as wrought iron or roof finials.

Applications close at 4pm on Friday 8 March 2024 and successful applicants will have until the end of February 2025 to complete the work.
