The Australian Government has appointed 11 new General Members to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), on two and three-year terms, to commence between January and March 2025.
Each General Member was assessed as suitable for appointment by an independent assessment panel through a transparent and merit-based process, conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for appointments to the AAT and the transitional provisions legislated in the Administrative Review Tribunal ( Consequential and Transitional Provisions No. 1 ) Act 2024.
