APS Employee Census results

AAT

Each year, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) publishes results from the Australian Public Service (APS) Employee Census, a confidential survey of eligible staff conducted across the entire service.

In 2023, 71% of AAT staff completed the Census to have their say on a range of issues.

We use our Census results to identify areas where staff say the AAT is performing well and where there are opportunities for further improvement. We also rely on the findings to track our progress with key staff initiatives.

This year, in addition to sharing the results, we have published an action plan setting out how we will address issues identified in the survey.

Visit our APS Employee Census results page to access this year's results and action plan.
