Ararat Council Hosts Business Networking Breakfast, Features Speakers

Ararat Rural City Council presents an excellent networking opportunity for you and your business.

In association with the Greater Ararat Business Network, Council invites you to attend our Networking Business Breakfast, an occasion to connect with local professionals, exchange ideas, explore potential partnerships, and enjoy a morning meal.

Guest speakers include CEO of Ararat Rural City Council Dr Tim Harrison, and President of GAB Network Tom Clark. Also appearing is MD of Plastoil Australia, Arjuna Wimalasuriya, who will speak on Plastoil's development of a fully circular soft plastic economy, and the company's achievement in turning each kilo of discarded soft plastic collected into almost a full litre of oil.

The first plant utilising this innovative tech is set to be built in Ararat, bringing a $300M + investment into our region over a number of stages.

"We're delighted to be welcoming Mr Wimalasuriya to speak at our Networking Business Breakfast," says Dr Harrison. "This is an occasion to gain valuable insight into a company newly entering our network, whose business sits at the vanguard of environmental technology. We look forward to seeing business owners from all over the region attend this opportunity to discuss our community's economic growth."

Invest in the future of your business and register your interest in attending the Networking Business Breakfast - places are limited, and bookings are essential.
