If you had to suddenly isolate because of COVID today, could you feed your family tonight?
As we adjust to living with COVID, there may be periods of time and that you and your family need to isolate. Don't get caught out unprepared.
Prepare yourself and others by making alternative arrangements for people or pets that rely
on you for care.
- Talk to family, friends, and neighbours in advance about how you can support each other if
one household must isolate
- Make sure you have a few days' supply of essential foods and items such as painkillers,
prescription medicines and nappies
- Plan how you would get supplies once in isolation by understanding online supermarket
shopping or finding someone who can help you with this.
