The Northern Territory Police Force has arrested four males in relation to an attempted burglary and criminal damage incident that occurred in Alice Springs on Friday night.
Around 9pm, police CCTV operators identified a group of offenders attempting to unlawfully gain entry to a licensed premises in Todd Street.
Multiple police units responded and established a cordon of the immediate vicinity. Police observed the roller shutter of the premises had been partially forced open and a window had been broken, but no entry was gained.
CCTV operators identified five people were involved and had fled the area.
Police subsequently located and arrested three adult males aged 18, 27, and 42, and one male youth aged 13.
One male offender remains outstanding.
They have been charged with Attempted aggravated burglary and Damage to property and are due to appear in court on Monday.
