Police are investigating a suspicious house fire at Aldershot this afternoon, January 20.
Initial investigations indicate a white Isuzu D-Max utility crashed into a Sapphire Street property and then the house was deliberately lit around 3pm.
A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with minor burns.
He is assisting police with their enquiries.
No one else was physically injured during the incident.
Anyone with information or relevant vision, in particular any suspicious movements of a white Isuzu D-Max utility in the Maryborough and Aldershot areas between 9am to 3pm, is urged to contact police.
The investigation is ongoing.
