Global law firm Ashurst has advised Axiom Equity Partners LLP on the acquisition of Akixi Limited, a leading call and contact analytics software company.
The acquisition of Akixi Limited is the first investment made by Axiom Equity Partners LLP.
Akixi Limited provides businesses with a cloud-based analytics platform helping companies transform how they track and understand their business communications. Akixi has grown rapidly to become a leading provider in its niche across both the UK and US. The growth equity investment will be used to support further international expansion and product innovation.
The Ashurst team was led by private equity partners Braeden Donnelly and David Carter and senior associate Sara Hamzawi, with support from associates Annie Marriner, Millie Gibbs and Ellie Conroy. Partner Crowley Woodford, counsels Don McCombie and John Gordon and senior associates Adam Eskdale and Neil Donovan also advised.
