Ashurst advised CVC Credit on acquisition financings of AlphaPet Ventures GmbH (AlphaPet). The debt capital provided by CVC Credit will, among other things, finance the acquisition of Arden Grange, a leading premium petfood brand in the United Kingdom.
AlphaPet, with its subsidiaries, is the online market leader in the premium pet sector and combines digital branding with multi-channel sales. With the acquisition of Arden Grange, the Munich-based company further strengthens its position in the European market.
