Global law firm Ashurst has advised financiers Westpac Banking Corporation and Bank of China on the AUD$140 million financing to Enel Green Power Australia for the Quorn Park Hybrid Project's design, development, construction, operation and maintenance.
The Quorn Park Hybrid Project is located in Parkes Shire, New South Wales, Australia and will comprise a 98.5MWDC solar PV farm and a 20MW/40MW battery energy storage system.
Enel Green Power Australia is a joint venture company co-owned by Enel Green Power SpA and INPEX Renewable Energy Australia Pty Ltd.
