Global law firm Ashurst has advised a consortium comprising CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, CK Asset Holdings Limited and Power Assets Holdings Limited in relation to their purchase of a portfolio of 32 operating onshore wind farms in the UK from Aviva Investors.
The windfarms total 175 MW in installed capacity. Ashurst advised the consortium on all aspects of the transaction, working with the consortium's local regulatory counsel on regulatory filings.
