Global law firm Ashurst has advised funds managed by leading Korean asset manager IGIS Asset Management, together with Knight Frank Investment Management, on a c.EUR273 million term facility secured against three major logistics assets in Bristol, Bretigny and Barcelona. The lenders were entities managed by Invesco Ltd. The assets are all fully leased to subsidiaries of Amazon.
This transaction continues Ashurst's longstanding support for Korean investors and asset managers acquiring, managing, financing and developing assets in all asset classes across Europe.
