Global law firm Ashurst has appointed infrastructure finance expert Helen Jones as partner in the global markets practice, based in London.
Helen joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she has worked her entire career in both its London and New York offices. Helen's practice covers a wide range of corporate finance transactions, acting on behalf of issuers and finance parties, with a particular focus on corporate secured bank / bond financing transactions and specialist expertise in the infrastructure sector.
