Detectives are investigating the serious assault of a man in Logan during the early hours of yesterday morning.
Police were advised just before 12.30am, after a 52-year-old man presented with significant head injuries to Logan Hospital.
The man has since been transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
An investigation is underway into the circumstances in which the man sustained the injuries with crime scenes declared in Hillcrest and Inala.
Anyone with information or footage of the area that could assist, is urged to contact police.
Investigations are ongoing. There is no further information at this time.
