Detectives from Gold Coast South Criminal Investigation Branch have charged a 57-year-old Tallebudgera man in relation to a shooting incident at Tallebudgera Valley on February 6.
He has been charged with one count each of attempt to murder, unlawful possession of weapons category H (shotguns), authority required to possess explosive (ammunition) and unlawful enter in yard.
The man remains in hospital receiving treatment.
He is expected to appear before Southport Magistrates Court today, February 10.
