For years the famous hunky Australian Firefighters Calendar flew off shelves and were pinned to the back of the pantry doors across the country.
But 2021 is about to become bigger, bulkier and a whole lot... sexier?!
In a bid to raise mental health awareness among blue-collar workers, tradies from Goulburn Valley Plaster Products in Shepparton, Victoria have come together to show off their trademark model moves to produce a 2021 calendar.
The Inaugural Real Tradie Calendar project aims to help support the work of the TIACS Foundation, which provides blue-collar workers with the ability to reach out and seek support whenever they need it.
"We asked our tradies if they wouldn't mind having their photo taken for a calendar, and when they heard that it was to help raise awareness for mental health they jumped at the chance," Brad Hanson, General Manager at GV Plaster Products explains.
"They understand the importance of raising awareness for mental health, so it was great to have the boys jump on board and have some fun in the spotlight."
This calendar is a hilarious self-deprecating take on Aussie tradesman posing onsite in the shed at GV Plaster Products, Shepparton Victoria.
