Football Australia has confirmed the match schedule for the Australia Cup 2024 Round of 16, with several exciting clashes across three Match Days, as Australia's largest annual knockout sporting competition celebrates its tenth anniversary.

In all, the Round of 16 will feature ten Member Federation sides representing four States and six Isuzu UTE A-League Men sides vying to be crowned Australia Cup 2024 Winners and earn qualification into 2025-26 AFC Champions League Two.
In a new format for the 2024 iteration of the Australia Cup, the Draw for both the Quarter Finals (QF) and Semi Finals (SF) were conducted immediately following the Draw for the Round of 16, meaning clubs can now map their path and opponents all the way to the Cup Final.
Two matches featuring an all-Isuzu UTE A-League Men clash and a Member Federation showdown will open the Round of 16 on Sunday, 25 August. Newcastle Jets FC will host Macarthur FC at Maitland Regional Sportsground kicking off at 3:00pm AEST before South Melbourne FC (Football VIC) takes on Olympic FC (Football QLD) at 5.30pm AEST.
Match Day Two on Tuesday, 27 August will feature three blockbuster matches across three states which will confirm the participants in Quarter Final 1 and Quarter Final 3. Lions FC (Football QLD) will host Isuzu UTE A-League Men side, Western Sydney Wanderers FC at 7.30pm AEST, while Hume City FC (Football VIC) and FC Melbourne Srbija (Football VIC) will contest an all-Melbourne affair, also kicking off at 7.30pm AEST. Western Australia's Olympic Kingsway SC (Football West) will then host Adelaide United FC in Perth at 8.30pm AEST (6.30pm local).
The final Match Day of the Round of 16 will take place on Wednesday, 28 August with a further three matches taking place across three states. NWS Spirit FC (Football NSW) will make their first Round of 16 appearance against Isuzu UTE A-League Men side, Melbourne Victory FC at Christie Park in Sydney at 7.30pm AEST. Perth Glory FC will travel to Queensland to face Moreton City Excelsior FC (Football QLD) at 7.30pm AEST, while Victorian NPL rivals Oakleigh Cannons FC (Football VIC) and Heidelberg United FC (Football VIC) face off in an exciting encounter to confirm the last of the Australia Cup 2024 Quarter Final participants.
