Australia Post has announced the release of the Men's and Women's Australian Open 2025 $2 coloured coins, launching just in time for the 2025 Australian tennis season.
Celebrating 120 years of the Australian Open, the collectable coins will join the Australian Open MyStamp collection, the first to be produced in over 10 years.
Australia Post has partnered with the Royal Australian Mint to encourage customers to swing past their local Post Office during the 2025 Australian tennis season and 'Game. Set. Collect' the Men's and Women's $2 Australian Open coins.
The $2 coins (retailing for $12 each) will be available online and at participating Post Offices in two coloured designs, to represent both the Men's and Women's tournaments. Collectors also have a 1 in 10 chance of finding a unique coloured Australian Open Men's and Women's coin in the coin-set folders.
In addition, Australia Post customers have the exciting potential to find an Australian Open coin amongst their change when making cash purchases in store, until 16 February.
