Australia U-23 Women's National Team defender Sasha Grove (Canberra United FC) has been withdrawn from this month's Four Nations Tournament in Växjö, Sweden.
Grove, a member of the CommBank Young Matildas AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup 2024™ bronze medal-winning team, has been ruled out due to injury and will be replaced by Melbourne City FC midfielder Leticia McKenna.
The 21-year-old made 16 starts this season for Melbourne City assisting them in claiming a third Liberty A-League Women's competition. She will travel with the team in the coming days to commence a pre-tournament training camp ahead of Australia's opening match against hosts Sweden on 29 May.
Melissa Andreatta's squad will then take on Germany (1 June) and finish their schedule against Poland (4 June). The opening matches against Sweden and Germany will both be live-streamed in collaboration with the Swedish Football Association and German Football Association.
